We are looking for a real estate executive for a reputed firm in the industry.

The location of work is Thaltej.

Freshers with Excellent English communication can apply.

Experience in real estate is an additional advantage.

Key responsibilities include:-

• Lead Generation & Qualification:Identifying and qualifying potential clients for real estate projects.
• Client Engagement:Building relationships with potential buyers, understanding their requirements, and addressing their queries.
• Property Presentation:Providing detailed information about properties, including floor plans, pricing, and amenities.
• Site Visits:Organizing and coordinating site visits to showcase properties to potential buyers.
• Sales Pitch Development:Creating compelling sales pitches and presentations to convince potential clients.
• CRM Management:Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and leads within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Collaboration:Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to align pre-sales activities with overall sales strategies.
• Market Research:Staying informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
• Sales Support:Providing support to the sales team during the sales process, including providing information, preparing proposals, and following up with leads.
