The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a friendly personality to ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors, students, and staff. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors, parents, and students in a professional and courteous manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently Manage front desk operations including maintaining visitor logs, handling inquiries, and providing accurate information Schedule and coordinate appointments or meetings as needed Maintain a neat and organized reception area Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication Handle email correspondence and basic data entry tasks Support admin and academic teams with clerical duties as required Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Kannada Good interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Quick learner and team player Immediate joiner to a week Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
