F&B Associate

• Taking and Serving Orders:F&B Associates greet guests, present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and serve items promptly and courteously.
• Providing Excellent Customer Service:They handle guest inquiries, address concerns, and strive to create a positive dining experience.
• Maintaining Cleanliness:F&B Associates ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained, including table setup and clearing.
• Assisting with Food Preparation:They may assist in preparing simple food items or garnishes, and ensure smooth coordination with kitchen staff.
• Following Hygiene and Safety Standards:They adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure food safety.
• Inventory Management:They may assist with stock replenishment and inventory control.
• Collaboration:They work closely with other team members, including kitchen and bar staff, to ensure efficient service.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Good knowledge of food and beverage service: Understanding different types of cuisine, beverages, and service procedures is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: F&B Associates need to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Strong customer service orientation: Focus on providing a positive and memorable dining experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,086.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
