, Speciality organisation the Job Title:

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our Food & Beverage Service team as Freshers. This role is ideal for students undergoing Industrial Training (IT), On-the-Job Training (OJT), or recent graduates. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing high-quality food and beverage service in line with our resort standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guest Service:

• Greet guests warmly and ensure prompt service.
• Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Provide menu recommendations and address guest inquiries.

2. Operational Support:

• Set up and maintain dining areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Assist in the preparation of service equipment and mise-en-place.
• Adhere to resort SOPs for service and hygiene.

3. Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to coordinate seamless service.
• Support senior staff in managing service during busy operations.

4. Learning & Development:

• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Gain exposure to various F&B operations, including banquets, room service, and specialty dining.

Requirements:

• Qualification:

  Pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.

• Experience:

  Freshers or candidates undergoing IT/OJT.

• Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards is a plus.
