Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customer Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently. Advise and communicate job responsibilities, performance expectations, customer service standards and company policies / guideline Ensure achievement of departments goals and objectives and administer smooth and effective running of cleaning operations Supervise and inspect work activities custodial personnel to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive presentation Supervise and Monitor the contractors performance To ensure adherence to company and client policies and SOPs. Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and take Corrective action Conduct orientation training and in-service training for cleaning supervisor to demonstrate house holding policies, work procedures and maintenance of equipment Oversee the operations of the daily soft services activities and processes of the facilities
