Role & responsibilities

• International Market Research & Development:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and target new export opportunities.
• Analyze global market trends and competitor activities to drive strategic decision-making.
• Develop market-entry strategies for new regions.
• Must be specialized in export documentation.

• Export Marketing & Promotion:

• Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote products in overseas markets.
• Collaborate with the internal marketing team to create tailored marketing materials for each target market.
• Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.

• Client Relationship Management:

• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key international clients and distributors.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Act as the main point of contact for international customers, ensuring exceptional customer service.

• Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:

• Develop and execute strategies to increase export sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Work with internal teams to tailor products and services to meet the needs of international markets.
• Monitor and report on export sales performance and market share growth.
