Personnel would be responsible for managing the Onboarding and exit formalities for a region. Should be able to analyse and verify all the documents received from prospective employees. Identify and resolve deficiencies if any and get onboarding completed within pre-defined TAT. Preparing various letters required during employee life cycle viz; offer letter, appointment letter, employment letter, absconding letters etc. Updating monthly tracker and dashboard reports which needs to be shared with customer point of contact.
