Job Title: Physiotherapist (MPT, Sports Biomechanics) Private Clinical Setup Location: Baner, Pune Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: 50,000 to 1,00,000/month (based on experience and fit) About the Role We're hiring a full-time MPT-qualified physiotherapist with at least 4 years of experience and a strong command over sports biomechanics, stretching-based rehab, posture correction, and musculoskeletal alignment. You'll work with four fixed patients from the same family each with specific needs, and be based in a fully dedicated 3BHK home-office unit configured as a physiotherapy and research space. This role involves 6-8 structured physiotherapy sessions daily , and participation in developing movement routines (Yoga, Calisthenics, Mat Pilates) with a visiting yoga instructor. You'll also guide the design of the studio itself. We are only interested in high-quality professionals who want to focus deeply, do meaningful work, and operate in a calm, single-location setup. Work Environment 3BHK unit used exclusively as a home-office and therapeutic setup (please note: this is not a residential living space) Hall + balcony : Being converted into a movement studio for stretching, rehab, yoga, mat-pilates, bodyweight work, and posture-focused sessions 2 bedrooms : Work-from-home offices for two patients 3rd bedroom : Shared workspace between the physiotherapist and operations in-charge ( you'll have your own desk and station ) Access to clean kitchen, washroom, and support amenities The physiotherapy and studio setup will be co-developed with your guidance Patient Profiles & Core Responsibilities Patient 1 Male, 44 Conditions: ACI surgery (bilateral OCD in knees) Chronic lower back pain Functional wrist pain (cysts) Focus Areas: Targeted stretching & mobility Postural correction and joint rehab Pain and movement optimization Patient 2 Female, 40 Condition: Chronic, recurring ankle pain Focus Areas: Stabilization, mobility, and realignment Functional retraining and injury prevention Patients 3 & 4 Twin boys, 8 Condition: In-toeing gait Focus Areas: Gait retraining and postural correction Muscle activation and alignment Long-term prevention of compensatory patterns Additional Responsibilities Movement Research & Setup Development Collaborate with a visiting yoga instructor to help create personalized movement routines based on Yoga, Calisthenics, and Mat Pilates principles Your core responsibility will remain: stretching therapy, rehab routines, postural alignment, and pain management Guide the selection and placement of tools to develop the physiotherapy space Patient Education & Continuity Throughout the engagement, you'll be expected to equip each patient with awareness and tools to maintain progress and continue their health journey independently Preferred Expertise Strong background in sports biomechanics and sports rehabilitation Working knowledge or interest in calisthenics-based strength and mobility training Comfort with working across age groups (adults + children) What This Role Offers 50,000 to 1,00,000/month salary 12-month full-time role 6-8 daily sessions in a clean, dedicated, single location Active role in designing the physiotherapy space from scratch A professional, organized work environment with zero commute Marketing Support : We employ a full-time digital marketing team at our marketing office. Additionally, we recognize the connection between thoracic mobility, diaphragmatic function, cervical spine alignment , and their influence on voice production and breath support .
