Executive - Sales Support (Collection)

As a Branch Sales Support In-charge in the Sales Support function, you will be reporting to the Branch Head. Your primary purpose will be to coordinate with the Branch Finance & Accounts Team for timely generation of bills for branch customers. It will be your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the generated bills by verifying all bills/invoices as per Blue Dart norms before forwarding them to clients. Additionally, you will be in charge of ensuring the timely dispatch of bills to customers according to the schedule and following up with customers for bill receipt. Customization of bills as per required forms/formats, contractual terms and conditions, and customer specifications will also fall under your purview. Working closely with the sales teams to ensure timely collections from customers as per the raised bills will be crucial. Moreover, you will be responsible for reporting invoices dispatched and cheque collection details to the Branch Finance & Accounts Teams regularly. In terms of people management, you will need to provide direction, guidance, and support to employees within the sales team at the branch to assist them in effectively carrying out their responsibilities. Ensuring that the sales team at the branch is adequately staffed as per the manpower requirements will also be a key aspect of your role. Your key result areas and key performance indicators will include overseeing the timely completion of billing and invoicing processes and reporting, ensuring accurate billing and customization, and fostering a Performance Driven Culture by adhering to Performance Management system timelines and guidelines. Overall, your role as a Branch Sales Support In-charge will involve meticulous attention to detail, effective coordination with multiple teams, and strong leadership skills to drive performance and achieve operational excellence.,
