Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:
Identify potential customers, create and close new business opportunities in line with the strategic direction of the company.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong client relationships by effectively handling objections/cancellations, thus ensuring a high level of customer service is met at all times.
Proposal Preparation:
Prepare sales proposals for prospective clients.
Internal Liaison:
Maintain regular liaison with sales/Pre-sales and member relations departments.
Product Knowledge:
Keep abreast of new products and services and undertake training as and when required.
Ad-hoc Activities:
Perform any other activities as defined by the sales manager.

Required Skills:

Strong ability to identify potential customers and create new business opportunities.
Proficiency in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Skills in effectively handling objections and cancellations.
Ability to prepare sales proposals for prospective clients.
Strong liaison skills with internal departments (sales/Pre-sales, member relations).
Eagerness to keep abreast of new products and services and undertake training.
Ability to perform various sales-related activities as defined by management.
Proficiency in B2B or B2C selling.
