Job Role:
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to help grow our company. Your job is to find new clients, explain our services, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and contact potential clients through calls, emails, and networking- Explain our products/services to customers clearly- Follow up with leads and convert them into business- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets- Maintain good relationships with clients for repeat business- Keep records of customer interactions and update CRM tools- Report daily/weekly progress to the team lead or managerRequired Skills:- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to convince and negotiate- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools- Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of experience can apply
