What are we looking for

Sharekhan is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Executive for Customer Experience, specifically focusing on Net Promoter Score (NPS). This role requires an individual who is comfortable with phone-based interactions, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a passion for learning and adapting to new processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
