Role & responsibilities 1. Corporate Professional Services (Contracts & Agreements): Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements for procurement-related services. Liaise with the End User and Legal Department to ensure compliance with corporate policies. Ensure contract execution aligns with company policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain and update contract records in procurement systems (Ariba Contract workspace) 2. Clinical Research Outsourcing: Manage end-to-end outsourcing of clinical research studies from Phase 1 to 4, including RWE and PMS. Coordinate with Contract Research Organizations (CROs) and internal Medical teams for project execution. Monitor project deliverables, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders. Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical guidelines for clinical trials. 3. Logistics: Handle PTL & FTL projects and other Logistics related projects ensuring accurate and timely processing of contracts and related activities. Utilize Ariba for procurement processes, contract management, and supplier engagement. Identify process improvements for procurement efficiency and cost optimization.
