We are looking for a Business Development Executive / Manager for our inside team.
The role will involve inside sales cycle management - from lead generation to closure(on-boarding the customer). You will get significant startup exposure that will provide you asuitable career platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete sales cycle management from lead generation to closureEducate and nurture prospects through product utility and fitmentConduct demos and knowledge sharing to onboard new clientsOn-board, the client company and its employees on KredilyFollow up with potential customers by providing product usabilityDevelop and maintain relationships with existing customersCollaborate with the support and product team to improve the product experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
MBA/B-Tech1-5 years of experience in inside sales for a technology productPrevious experience in B2B product sales will be a bonus+Knowledge of HR and payroll process will be desirable

Good spoken and written English skills, + spoken Hindi skillsTechnology savvy with a keen interest in software product workingDemonstrated customer service orientationStrong decision-making and problem-solving skillsWork independently with little or no hand-holdingEasily adapt to changing situations and priorities.
