Job Description

Technical Excellence

Collaborate with Assurance leadership and engagement teams to effectively allocate staff to client engagements, ensuring optimal utilization
Maintain and update scheduling systems, monitoring availability and capacity planning for professionals across service lines
Analyze resource utilization trends and suggest improvements to ensure equitable workload distribution
Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively offer resolutions by coordinating with stakeholders
Track and report key scheduling metrics (e.g., utilization rates, availability, forecast vs actuals) to management
Provide support for workforce planning initiatives, including onboarding new joiners and aligning them with appropriate engagements
Assist with project resourcing requirements, balancing client demand with resource availability
Ensure data integrity in scheduling tools and systems, following EY's operational standards

Skills and Attributes

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Excel, scheduling tools, and management dashboards
Highly organized, team-oriented, and proactive in identifying process improvement opportunities
