Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant _ Oracle Field Services In this role, should be able to do the gap analysis Drives technical HL and LL design and development for major components of focused Field Services & solutions. Responsibilities . Identify and test application patches prior to promotion to production. Proven history of successful problem solving with a sense of urgency Work with Oracle Technical Support on SR resolution. . Should be able to do the gap analysis Drives technical HL and LL design and development for major components of focused solutions. . Offers best practice advice and recommendations around overall systems architecture. . Engages with Enterprise Architects regarding technical architecture and details of integration/migration. . Leads technical requirements gathering and/or design workshops for complex projects. . Routing Visualizations-Resource Scheduling and Capacity forecasting. . Inventory/Asset Management -Custom Properties Configuration-Business Rules-Screen Elements-Plugin Configuration and Integrations-Activities . Resources-Mobile App enablement-REST APIs-Analytics . Ability to analyze, understand, trouble shoot and effectively communicate functional details to end users and management. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications . Able to work independently on Field Services. . Experience developing custom interfaces and working with Oracle standard interfaces of multiple Oracle EBS modules especially Oracle Inventory (INV). . Through understanding of Oracle EBS 12.2.9 or Oracle EBS 12.1.3 or Oracle R12 data model of multiple modules especially Oracle Inventory (INV), Order Management (OM), Field services and CMRO modules. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills . Experience in Oracle ERPServices/CMRO and Oracle 12i E-Business Suite preferably in a Global Finance environment ,Knowledge in Oracle . . Financial standard functionality and experience with customizations, extensions, modifications, localizations, and integration (CEMLI) components. . Working knowledge of Oracle Setups for R12 E-Business Suite: O2C and P2P Business process cycle, functional module setups, profile options, flex-fields, functional module interfaces. EY- Assurance Staff Experience Management As part of our EY-Assurance Team, you will be working to ensure effective resource scheduling on scheduling tools, considering resource management guidelines, processes and protocols. The opportunity Were looking for candidates with knowledge and capability in terms of managing resources / manpower using different resource management and deployment tools within EY GDS Assurance. Your key responsibilities Timely updation of resource schedules on scheduling tools (ARMS/Retain) Timely review and resolution of scheduling conflicts. Proactive review of resource availability /resource requirements. Mailbox management and fulfilling the scheduling requests coming through mails in defined TAT. Optimization of resource utilization through effective schedule management. Basic reporting and analysis. Skills and attributes for success Good verbal and written communication skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel. Excellent teaming and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and ability to excel under tight timelines. To qualify for the role, you must have Graduates with 1-3 years of relevant resource management/workforce management / exposure in General Operations with strong acumen in resource management preferred. Ideally, youll also have Basis knowledge on MS Excel Ms - Office Interest in business and commerciality.
