Job Title: Executive Assistant to Managing Director Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan Company: Burger Farm India Pvt. Ltd. Salary Range (Annual CTC): ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,20,000 About the Role: Burger Farm India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to the Managing Director (MD). The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the MD, ensuring effective coordination of schedules, meetings, and communication. This role requires discretion, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency. Key Responsibilities: ü Organize and manage meetings, appointments, and travel schedules for the MD ü Act as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders ü Remind the MD of important tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups ü Prepare and circulate minutes of meetings to concerned parties ü Maintain and share daily schedules and agendas ü Support the MD in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks ü Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information ü Provide strategic assistance in planning and execution of key business initiatives ü Willingness to travel when required Qualifications and Experience: ü Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline ü 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role ü Excellent verbal and written communication skills ü Exemplary planning and time management skills ü Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools ü Flexible, adaptable, and professional demeanor Interested candidates are encouraged to send their updated resumes to hr@burgerfarm.in or contact the HR department at +91 9079350752 for more information
