Brief about the Team

Inside Sales is part of the customer experience team on closely working with our existing and potential customers to market our products and services ensuring a great customer experience. The Inside Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth by establishing relationships with new customers and closing sales.

What will you do

• Accurately record details and process orders placed by the customers
• Contribute to the team effort by achieving the allocated targets
• Managing customer accounts to ensure their satisfaction with the company's products and services, as well as developing and sustaining customer relationships to foster repeat business
• Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences

What we are looking for

• Graduate with 6months of relevant experience (in Tele Sales)
• Basic knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
• Strong negotiation and selling skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with effective communication skills
• Minimum education is graduation.
