Hi All, We Are Hiring For Customer Support (International Voice Process)-Only Female Job Title: ACS Customer Support (International Voice Process) Job Location: [Manyata Tech Park Hebbal, Bangalore] Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office Shift Timing: US Shift (Night Shift India Time) Experience Required: Minimum 1.3 years in a customer support role Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Customer Support Associates for our International Inbound Voice Process team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about customer service, possess excellent communication skills, and are comfortable working night shifts from the office. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer calls from international clients professionally and efficiently. Provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and effectively. Maintain records of interactions and follow up when necessary. Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues. Uphold company standards and maintain a positive brand image in every interaction. Candidate Requirements: Experience: Minimum 1.3 years in customer support, preferably in an international voice process. Communication Skills: Excellent spoken English with strong listening and interpersonal skills. Technical Proficiency: Basic typing skills and good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Education: Minimum qualification PUC (Pre-University Course). Graduation is not mandatory. Work Flexibility: Must be open to working in US shifts (India night shift) and from office on all working days. Customer Orientation: Previous customer-facing experience in any domain is acceptable.
