Ex- Serviceman - Security Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Control entry/exit of personnel, vehicles, and visitors.
• Monitor material in/out movement with gate pass verification.
• Oversee CCTV, access control, and surveillance systems.
• Conduct firefighting drills and ensure fire safety compliance.
• Train and guide security guards on discipline and emergency handling.
• Ensure site safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Maintain security registers, visitor logs, and incident reports.
• Perform routine patrolling, checks, and risk assessments.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with local authorities.
• Support HR/Admin in training & development of the security team.
• Ensure overall order, discipline, and asset protection on premises.

Requirements:

• Ex-Serviceman (Army/Navy/Air Force/Paramilitary)
• 20 Years in Armed force & 5 years’ experience in industrial/commercial security
• Knowledge of safety, fire-fighting, and emergency protocols
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Physically fit and alert
• Ensure overall order, discipline, and asset protection on premises.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
