Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated EVS Teacher to teach Grades 4 and 5 under the GSEB English Medium curriculum. The teacher will be responsible for nurturing awareness about the environment, society, and science through an integrated and engaging approach that is age-appropriate and aligned with the curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct interactive and child-friendly EVS lessons as per the GSEB English Medium syllabus.
Cover key concepts in Science, Social Studies, Health & Hygiene, and Environment relevant to Grades 4 and 5.
Encourage observation, curiosity, and environmental awareness through hands-on activities.
Participate in school programs, exhibitions, field trips, and special EVS-related events.
Communicate with parents through PTMs and update them on student progress and behaviour.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Social Science, or Environmental Studies.
1–3 years of teaching experience at the primary level (preferred).
Sound understanding of GSEB EVS syllabus for primary grades.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.
