Job Description

Education & Job Requirements: A degree or diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in event planning, coordination, or a similar role is an advantage. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills are essential. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed expense budgets for workshops and events. Present event concepts and plans effectively to management and stakeholders. Design and propose ideas for upcoming events, ensuring creativity and alignment with objectives. Coordinate efficiently with the internal team, vendors, and other departments to ensure smooth execution. Lead and manage the event team, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring timely completion of responsibilities. Oversee event logistics, including venue arrangements, catering, equipment, and guest management.
