Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Estimation and Tendering professional located in Delhi, India, with some work from home acceptable. The Estimation and Tendering professional will be responsible for preparing cost estimates for a turnkey build company, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, analyzing project requirements, and preparing tender documents. The role involves maintaining accurate records and databases, conducting market research, and collaborating with project managers and the finance team. The professional will also be responsible for ensuring that all estimates and tenders are aligned with the company’s guidelines and financial objectives. Needs to have Experience in the field of construction and build.

Qualifications

• Cost estimation skills and experience with preparing tender documents
• Strong analytical skills and capability to conduct market research
• Proficiency in coordinating with vendors and suppliers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain accurate records and databases
• Familiarity with project management processes
• Relevant experience in the construction or architectural industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Proficiency with estimation software and Microsoft Office suite
