Core Responsibilities The Head of Software is responsible for leading the software development and Execution function, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and innovative software solutions. This role oversees end-to-end product lifecycle management, fosters collaboration across departments, and aligns software strategy with Koerber Groups objectives. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and business acumen to drive product enhancements, support sales efforts, and maintain strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Product Enhancement & Development Own and drive the software product roadmap in line with company and customer needs. Lead continuous improvement through new feature development and technology upgrades. Ensure the use of agile methodologies for efficient and iterative development processes. Evaluate emerging technologies to improve product capabilities and performance. Sales Support Collaborate with the Sales team to understand customer requirements and support technical pre-sales activities. Provide solution presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. Assist in crafting proposals and responding to RFQs with technically sound solutions. Ensure product documentation and sales tools are up to date and tailored to market needs. Customer Interactions Serve as a senior technical point of contact for key clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for product improvements. Participate in client meetings, discovery sessions, and post-deployment reviews. Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Foster long-term customer relationships to drive retention and upselling opportunities. Cross-Functional Team (CFT) Discussions Work closely with product management, engineering, support, operations and sales teams to ensure cohesive execution of projects. Lead cross-functional planning and strategy meetings to align technical goals with business objectives. Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning across teams. Koerber Alignment Ensure software strategies and implementations are aligned with Koerber Groups technology standards and business goals. Participate in global initiatives and strategy meetings with Koerber Group stakeholders. Report on progress, risks, and alignment status to Koerber leadership. Collaborate with global counterparts to share best practices and integrate platforms where appropriate. Authorities Product Decisions: Authorized to define, prioritize, and approve the software product roadmap and feature enhancements within agreed budgets and timelines. Team Management: Authority to hire, manage, evaluate, and, if necessary, recommend termination of software development and support team members. Budget Control: Empowered to manage the software development budget, including resource allocation, tooling, and vendor contracts within approved limits. Project Execution: Approve project plans, schedules, and resource deployment for all software initiatives under software department. Essential qualifications Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of experience in software development, with 5+ years in a leadership role. 5 years experience in software project management. Strong understanding of modern software architectures. Excellent communication and global stakeholder management skills. Experience working in or with global organizations, preferably within the Koerber ecosystem or similar. Preferred prior experience in Material handling Processes, industrial automation, and supply chain management. Technical Skills Knowledge of Database handling Oracle/SQL etc. Knowledge of any software languages like C#.Net, Angular, etc. Knowledge of GMP & 21 CFR compliance for Pharma would be an advantage Good Knowledge of IT Hardware, LAN Networking & IT Security Policies Experience in SAP/ERP Integrations methods.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our Regional Hub Operations as Director . The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with machine loans, Industrial LAP (Loan Against Property) , and solar rooftop funding . This strategic role involves overseeing end-to-end operations, driving digital innovation, optimizing regional performance, and ensuring seamless delivery of software product solutions. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations of the Regional Hub including loan processing, approvals, and partner integrations. Lead the deployment of digital solutions supporting machine loans, industrial LAP, and solar rooftop funding workflows. Collaborate with product and technology teams to tailor software applications to business needs. Monitor key operational metrics and drive process improvements for enhanced efficiency and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines across all financing products handled in the region. Establish and nurture partnerships with vendors, financial institutions, and service providers. Lead a cross-functional team including engineering, customer service, and business operations professionals. Mentor and develop junior leaders and staff across the hub. Drive adoption of automation and digital transformation in the regional operations framework. Required Skills & Experience: Proven leadership in managing regional or zonal operations, preferably in a fintech, lending, or NBFC environment. In-depth knowledge and practical experience in handling machine loans, Industrial LAP, and solar rooftop funding. Strong understanding of loan lifecycle management, risk assessment, and credit underwriting. Ability to bridge operational goals with technical solutions and software development practices. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. Demonstrated success in scaling regional operations and building high-performance teams. Desirable Skills: Exposure to AI/ML-based loan risk modeling tools is a plus. Experience with ERP integrations and third-party financing platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities Understand and translate business use cases to feasible PLM solutions. Hands-on experience working with Implementation of Teamcenter which involves design and development for customer specific Requirements. Teamcenter/ CAD administration and user support L2/L3. Testing, deployment and post deployment activities. Configuration of CAD Integrations like SWIM, TCAA, TCAI applications. BMIDE configuration and TEM deployment. Qualification, Competencies & Experience Must Have 5-9 years of experience in Teamcenter administration and support Strong expertise in any 3D CAD system, preferably SolidWorks or Inventor Knowledge of Teamcenter and active workspace architecture. Strong working knowledge on Teamcenter RAC Modules like - My Teamcenter, Structure manager, Access Manager, Classification, Workflow Designer, Projects, Query builder, Organization. Good experience in Active Workspace customization and configuration. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff Experienced in enabling interfaces on Teamcenter CAD integrations (SolidWorks, Inventor and AutoCAD), ERP integrations (T4S experience is an added advantage). Ability to transform the business requirements to functional scenarios with the help of use cases and visual represen-tations. Willing to travel short term to various ACO locations across the world Should have Sound knowledge of Teamcenter Unified. Understanding of CAD systems like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor. Preference for someone who has prior experience working as a designer using the CAD tools Nice to Have Working experience in a designer role. Working experience in any incident management system. Working experience in any project management system.
