Senior Director - Regional Hub Operations ( Kanpur )

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our Regional Hub Operations as Director. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with machine loans, Industrial LAP (Loan Against Property), and solar rooftop funding. This strategic role involves overseeing end-to-end operations, driving digital innovation, optimizing regional performance, and ensuring seamless delivery of software product solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Regional Hub including loan processing, approvals, and partner integrations.
• Lead the deployment of digital solutions supporting machine loans, industrial LAP, and solar rooftop funding workflows.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to tailor software applications to business needs.
• Monitor key operational metrics and drive process improvements for enhanced efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines across all financing products handled in the region.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with vendors, financial institutions, and service providers.
• Lead a cross-functional team including engineering, customer service, and business operations professionals.
• Mentor and develop junior leaders and staff across the hub.
• Drive adoption of automation and digital transformation in the regional operations framework.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven leadership in managing regional or zonal operations, preferably in a fintech, lending, or NBFC environment.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience in handling machine loans, Industrial LAP, and solar rooftop funding.
• Strong understanding of loan lifecycle management, risk assessment, and credit underwriting.
• Ability to bridge operational goals with technical solutions and software development practices.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in scaling regional operations and building high-performance teams.

Desirable Skills:

• Exposure to AI/ML-based loan risk modeling tools is a plus.
• Experience with ERP integrations and third-party financing platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making abilities.
