Job Title- ERP Implementation Engineer Experience -4+ & above Salary -As per the standard Education Qualification -BE/B.TECH Mechanical (Full time) Job Location -Kothrud Pune Notice Period -15 Days Preferred candidate profile An ERP Implementation Engineer oversees and manages the deployment and optimization of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, ensuring they meet business needs and operate efficiently. This involves analyzing business processes, configuring ERP systems, integrating them with existing systems, and providing training and support. They also manage data migration, user acceptance testing, and post-implementation support. Should have knowledge of the departmental process. (Production, quality, Design, store purchase, etc.) with having the experience of implemented the ERP system in any small manufacturing company. Key Roles & Responsibilities: - Requirement Analysis : Understand the business processes and gather system requirements from stakeholders. System Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize ERP modules to align with the organization's needs. Implementation & Deployment: Plan and execute the ERP implementation lifecycle, including testing and go-live activities. System Integration: Ensure ERP compatibility with third-party applications and internal systems. Data Migration: Manage the migration of data from legacy systems into the new ERP system. Training & Support: Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption of the new system. Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance, identify areas for optimization, and recommend improvements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: To understand business needs and troubleshoot issues. Communication and interpersonal skills: To effectively communicate with stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of ERP systems and modules: Familiarity with ERP platforms and their functionalities. Technical skills: In areas like database management, scripting, and system integration. Project management skills: To plan, execute, and manage ERP implementation projects.
