CTC: 6 lakhs - 10 lacks Per annum.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Equity Dealer to join our investment team. The ideal candidate must be NISM certified, with a strong track record of handling daily turnover of ₹10 Cr+ in midcap and smallcap stocks. Prior experience in a reputed brokerage firm as a dealer is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute equity trades efficiently in midcap and smallcap segments, ensuring high accuracy and compliance.
Maintain and manage daily turnover of ₹10 Cr or more in equity cash market.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk parameters.
Handle large order flows with minimal market impact and slippage.
Provide post-trade reports and maintain trade logs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) Certification – Mandatory.
5 to 10 years of proven experience as an Equity Dealer.
Strong exposure to midcap and smallcap equity trading.
Familiarity with trading platforms like Neat, Odin, NOW.
Sound knowledge of SEBI regulations and compliance requirements.
Strong communication, multitasking, and analytical skills.
Experience in working with reputed brokerage firms or investment houses.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Hands-on dealing experience in high-volume trades.
Ability to work under pressure and make quick, accurate decisions.
Strong client interaction skills with a focus on service and execution.
