Role Overview
We’re looking for a confident and energetic CSR Outreach Executive to open doors to
India’s top CSR decision-makers. Your goal is simple but impactful — call prospective CSR
heads, pitch Primebook’s vision, and book physical meetings for our Strategic Accounts
Head.
Key Responsibilities
● Research and identify CSR heads in India’s top 500 companies and
● Make outbound calls to CSR leaders, introduce Primebook’s mission and offerings.
● Understand their CSR priorities (education, digital skilling, rural empowerment).
● Pitch a relevant use-case (e.g., "How Primebook helps NGOs scale digital
classrooms at 1/3rd cost").
● Secure a physical meeting with the decision-maker for Strategic Account Head.
● Maintain daily call logs, appointment status, and feedback in CRM.
● Coordinate with the field team to ensure seamless meeting scheduling and follow-up.
Candidate Profile
● 1–3 years of experience in B2B telesales, lead qualification, or inside sales.
● Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; confident over the phone.
● Prior experience in CSR outreach, NGO partnerships, or social impact sales is a
plus.
● Comfortable working with targets (e.g., 25 meaningful calls/day, 8+
meetings/month).
● Basic familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) and Google Sheets.
● Passionate about tech-for-good and digital inclusion.
