Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Enterprise Architect with a strong focus on end-to-end (E2E) customer service processes. As an IT Enterprise Architect, you will be instrumental in shaping and aligning our IT landscape, encompassing platforms like SAP, ServiceNow, and other customer service-related systems. Your expertise will play a crucial role in driving the digital transformation of our global service processes to ensure scalability, resilience, and exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include enterprise architecture management, deriving IT strategies from business requirements, designing and maintaining end-to-end Enterprise Architecture for customer service processes, leading cross-functional workshops and architecture communities, developing architecture framework and roadmap, guiding platform selection and integration, modeling IT architectures and processes, contributing to solution evaluations, coordinating communication with key decision-makers, and driving documentation and presentations for executive alignment. To be successful in this role, you should possess a degree in computer science or industrial engineering, along with experience as an Enterprise Architect or Solution-/Domain Architect in Customer facing IT landscapes. Familiarity with enterprise architecture methods and frameworks, governance structures, IT Service Management Frameworks, functional or IT implementation experience in customer service processes, and expertise in customer service solutions implementation are essential. Additionally, you should have extensive experience with data architecture, integration concepts, and cloud technologies. In addition to your technical skills, you should have excellent English language proficiency, good command of German, strong communication and presentation skills, organizational talent, and the ability to work effectively in a global environment. Being results-oriented, quality-focused, flexible, and possessing good analytical and conceptual skills are also key attributes for this role.,
