Dolphin Kids is looking for a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a love for teaching young learners, and the ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging English lessons that enhance students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills. Develop creative teaching materials and activities to make learning fun and effective. Assess students' progress through regular tests, assignments, and feedback. Encourage interactive classroom participation to improve students' confidence in spoken and written English. Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment. Communicate with parents about students’ performance and areas of improvement. Participate in school activities, meetings, and training sessions. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field. Teaching certification (preferred but not mandatory). Prior teaching experience in a school or educational institution is a plus. Strong command of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
