SummaryWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Associate to join our Network Engineering and Data team. This role requires blend of strategic marketing communication, graphic design expertise, and strong report-writing skills to support branding, content creation, and data-driven marketing initiatives.Analysis of customer experience metrices, device analytics, Roaming and subscriber churn in telecom. Operators. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute marketing communication strategies to enhance brand visibility.

Design engaging visual content for digital and print media for Network Experience Scores.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging across all platforms.

Manage and update marketing templates, style guides, and branding materials.

Ensure all designs and reports align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives Support Network domain experts in improving the use case presentations and impactful messaging.
Qualifications &
Skills:

- Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in marketing communication, graphic design, and report writing.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing data interpretation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of digital marketing trends, SEO, and social media strategies is a plus.
