Job Description

  • Lead and develop a high-impact engineering team globally.
  • Work on cutting-edge automation projects with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Manage the development of the Global Capability Centre, ensuring seamless integration with worldwide engineering teams.
  • Act as the central technical point for communication and support related to GCC tasks.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality engineering solutions aligned with defined quality standards.
  • Oversee and manage projects efficiently, adhering to established systems, processes, and standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts and implement best practices to enhance engineering quality and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain and develop the technical skills and competencies of the GCC team to meet evolving business demands.
  • Travel as needed to support project execution and global teamwork.
  • Build and sustain strong professional networks within the organization and with external industry contacts.
  • Demonstrate cultural awareness and promote smooth collaboration in a diverse, global work environment.
  • Cultivate a culture of knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous improvement across engineering teams.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a global engineering context.
  • Strong background in engineering and project execution
  • 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong technical expertise with hands-on project management experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Capability to operate effectively in multicultural, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving focus with an emphasis on quality and continuous improvement.
