Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Support the sales team with data-driven insights, sales reports, and dashboards to track performance against targets.
Manage and maintain the CRM system; ensure accurate and up-to-date customer and opportunity records.
Coordinate between internal teams (sales, supply chain, D&D, production, finance) to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and invoicing.
Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and pipeline analysis.
Optimize sales processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Monitor and report on key sales KPIs and operational metrics.
Handle documentation and compliance for orders, tenders, and customer contracts.
Work with marketing team to analyse campaign results and ensure lead handover to sales.

Desired Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (Salesforce).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.

Knowledge of automotive or electric vehicle industry is an added advantage.

Qualification & Experience

BE/B. Tech in Mechanical/electrical or related field.
MBA in Marketing management or related field would be an advantage.
25 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Business Development.
Experience in the automotive, electric vehicle, or technology industry preferred.
