1. Preparing Engineering Documents like SOP, PFMEA, Control Plan, PFD etc and closure of Documents.
2. DR related Line side trial , in Assembly. Line, Improvement related, Changes To ECN prepare the project plan &execution and Conducting Trials.
3. Understanding of POKE YOKE ,Discussion with supplier for the concept ,Line side trial and handover to Production and Maintenance.
4. Plan for Capex activity ,Implementation ,and closure of activity.
5. Understanding of Engine Testing ,Engine Painting, Line side trial, and closure of Documents. 6. Develop the assembly Line Jig, Fixture & gauges.
7. Process Design for the New Products.
8. Layout design & Execution as per process requirement.
9. All line trial for assembly line for the new product development.
10. Line Balancing, Activity sheet development, Understanding of SWC.
11. Conducting process audits; reviewing existing processes and re-designing the same for enhancing operational efficiency.
12. Discuss with supplier for the requirement, Negotiation & Purchase.
13. Knowledge of 5S,SAFETY, TS AND OHSAS.
