Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Execution & Supervision Execute and monitor BMS/EMS installations as per approved drawings and technical specifications. Coordinate with civil, electrical, HVAC, and automation teams for integrated system implementation. Supervise contractors, vendors, and technicians at site for BMS & EMS-related activities. 2. System Installation & Integration Installation of sensors (temperature, humidity, differential pressure), controllers, and communication cabling. Integration of BMS with HVAC systems, AHUs, cleanrooms, and EMS with SCADA/HMI platforms. 3. Configuration & Commissioning Programming and configuring of BMS/EMS devices (controllers, I/O modules, gateways). Perform FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities including system calibration and validation. 4. Documentation & Compliance Preparation and maintenance of documents like installation checklists, loop diagrams, wiring schedules, and commissioning protocols. Ensure compliance with pharma standards such as FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP5, and cGMP. 5. Client & Vendor Coordination Liaise with clients, OEMs, and vendors to resolve technical issues and meet delivery milestones. Attend project review meetings and prepare progress reports. 6. Quality, Safety & Validation Support Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards at the site. Support validation teams during IQ/OQ/PQ stages by providing system insights and test support. Key Skills & Competencies: Hands-on experience with BMS platforms (e.g., Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider, Johnson Controls). EMS knowledge including SCADA, HMI, and GxP compliance. Familiarity with pharma cleanroom protocols and HVAC system interfacing. Ability to read control panel layouts, P&IDs, and logic diagrams. Good communication, documentation, and project coordination skills. Qualifications: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, or related fields. 36 years of relevant experience in BMS & EMS installation and commissioning in pharma or cleanroom projects. Preferred Experience: Pharma domain project exposure Experience in turnkey MEP or EPC pharma projects.
