The Engineer Intmd Analyst position is an intermediate level role within the Technology team, responsible for various engineering activities such as designing, acquiring, and developing hardware, software, and network infrastructure to ensure quality standards within existing and future frameworks. In this role, you will provide assistance in product development within the technology domain, conduct product evaluations with vendors, and recommend product customization for system integration. You will also be involved in training activities, mentoring junior team members, ensuring compliance with control initiatives, assisting in application prototyping, and providing third line support for issue identification and resolution during system or application outages. Additionally, you will support projects by providing status updates, partnering with development teams to define engineering requirements, creating installation documentation and training materials, and delivering technical training to support the organization. It is essential to assess risks in business decisions, uphold compliance with laws and regulations, and safeguard Citigroup's reputation, clients, and assets. Qualifications for this role include 4-7 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in Financial Services or a large complex/global environment, project management experience, strong communication skills, knowledge of design metrics and analytics tools, and demonstrated analytic and diagnostic abilities. You should be able to work in a matrix environment, independently prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and drive operational process changes and improvements.
