Job Description

Engineer Continuous Improvement

Main Responsibilities & Tasks

Analyze business processes using various methods such as
gap analysis, PDCA, and VSM
to identify opportunities for improvement and reduce waste.
Lead and manage improvement projects across all levels of the organization.
Monitor project progress by establishing and tracking measurable standards.
Provide mentorship and training to teams by conducting workshops and openly sharing technical expertise.

Qualifications

An academic degree in
Mechanical Engineering
.
Relevant experience in continuous improvement or business excellence.

Skills

Deep technical expertise in
process improvement techniques
and experience in applying them.
Strong
project management
and leadership skills.
Excellent
analytical thinking
and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills, including the ability to listen and provide constructive feedback.
The ability to inspire and lead teams to implement a continuous improvement culture.
