Job Description
Engineer 2, Engineering Operations role requires a dedicated professional with2-4. 5 years of experience to manage and troubleshoot complex Linux-based infrastructure. A key aspect involves developing and maintaining automation scripts (Shell, Python, Perl) to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. The successful candidate will also apply ITIL principles for incident, problem, and change management, demonstrating foundational knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS), DevOps practices like CI/CD, and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL database operations . This position is crucial for proactive system monitoring, root cause analysis, and ensuring the continuous reliability and performance of our systems.
It is 24/7 shift (Including Night shift)
