Job Description

Job Summary:

Email Marketing Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Plan and execute email campaigns, including promotional emails, newsletters, onboarding, and re-engagement campaigns.
Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create engaging, personalized, and relevant messaging.
Manage email marketing calendar and campaign workflow from concept to delivery.
Segment audiences and personalize campaigns using customer data and behavioral insights.
Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns for open rate, click-through rate, conversion, and ROI.
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics using email marketing platforms and analytics tools.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new tools, and best practices in email marketing and automation.
Work closely with CRM and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing roles.
Proficient with email marketing platforms and automation tools.
Strong understanding of HTML/CSS for email formatting is a plus.
Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot Analytics, etc.
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design.
Knowledge of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or B2B marketing.
Familiarity with customer segmentation and personalization tactics.
Certification in email marketing platforms or digital marketing (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google).
