Witness of NDT like MT, RT, UT, VT Certification, Eddy current testing performing by third party. (Preferably ASNT NDT level 2) Coating inspection for new & re-painting jobs In service plant static equipment condition monitoring like reactor, pressurized storage tank, distillation column atmospheric storage tank, heat exchanger, glass/rubber/PVDF/FEP/Epoxy lined vessel, PVC + FRP vessel. Corrosion monitoring of critical piping loop & vessel as per schedule or condition based. Evaluation of corrosion mechanism & protection, failure analysis of vessel & piping. Recommendation for repair of piping segment, vessel. Shut down inspection-vessel internal, heat exchanger tube bundle, column internal parts. Create industry standard welding procedures as per requirement Review of WPS and WPQ before doing welding works Contractor welder qualification Condition monitoring of plant structure in running plant.
