Thorough knowledge of Mechanical design of 3-ph, 400V/480V Power Electronics Systems (50kVA to 500kVA) such as UPS, PDC, IT etc. Able to manage project individually. Enclosure and Mechanical design, thermal system design (heatsink, fan, airflow etc.). Sheet metal design, stress/strength/shock/vibration analysis, CAD (solidworks, AutoCAD, Visio,etc). Knowledge of Thermal simulation software. Assembly documentation. Design for Manufacturability and Service.
