As an Installation Technician at this company, your primary responsibilities will include installation, shifting, reactivation, and speed/technology upgrades for Airtel broadband, DTH, and surveillance customers in the designated area. It is crucial to ensure timely installation while maintaining the quality of workmanship and installation. Adhering to processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SoP) is essential to provide a seamless installation experience for customers and meet productivity targets as per defined criteria. Your role will also involve continuously improving customer experience through Service to Sales (S2S) activities, which may include new sales, rental upgrades, technology migration, and Line of Business (LoB) products. Collaboration with all stakeholders is necessary to ensure smooth operations and improve conversion rates, turnaround times (TAT), and the overall quality of workmanship. Maintaining professional etiquette during customer visits and delivering Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as per targets are key aspects of this role.
