Job Description

Installation, shifting, reactivation, and speed/technology upgrades for Airtel broadband, DTH, and surveillance customers in the designated area.
Ensure timely installation and maintain the quality of installation and workmanship.

Provide a seamless installation experience for customers.

Adhere to process and Standard Operating Procedures (SoP).
Meet productivity targets as per defined criteria.
Maintain professional etiquette during customer visits.
Continuously improve customer experience through Service to Sales (S2S) activities, including new sales, rental upgrades, technology migration, and Line of Business (LoB) products.
Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Improve conversion rates, turnaround times (TAT), and quality of workmanship.

Maintain professional etiquette during customer visits. Deliver Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as per targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹19,000.00 per month
