Electrical Technician

Job Description: Technician Position: Technician (Electrical & Maintenance) Salary: 18000 -24000 (FIXED) Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Flexible as per emergency tasks) Probation Period: 1 Month Employment Bond: 1 Year Lock-in Period Key Responsibilities Maintenance & Repairs Handle all basic electrical repairs : switchboards, lights, fans, MCB, wiring, etc. Address plumbing issues like tap leakage, flush repair, and drainage blocks. Attend complaints related to AC, geyser, lift, inverter , etc., and coordinate for external vendors if needed. Building Upkeep & Safety Conduct routine inspection rounds in all FRIENDZO-managed buildings. Ensure all technical appliances, fittings, and fixtures are functional and safe . Assist in room readiness before new tenant move-ins. Inventory & Tool Management Maintain a record of tools and spare parts used during repair work. Raise alerts for low inventory and restocking requirements. Ensure company tools are handled properly and securely. Reporting & Documentation Use the company app or WhatsApp to report task completion (with before & after photos or videos). Maintain daily task logs and share EOD updates with the supervisor. Coordination & Support Coordinate with field staff, housekeeping, and managers to ensure smooth operations. Be available for urgent complaints or emergency repairs, even during weekends or off-hours if required. Expectations & Conduct Maintain politeness and discipline while dealing with tenants or internal staff. Avoid delays or incomplete work – tasks must be completed same day or within deadline . Any intentional damage, negligence, or misuse of tools will lead to strict disciplinary action.
