The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sound technical knowledge, and the ability to manage site teams effectively. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electrical site teams. Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems as per drawings and safety standards. Ensure timely completion of work and adherence to project schedules. Handle material planning, labor management, and work allocation. Maintain site records, reports, and coordinate with project coordinators and clients. Ensure safety compliance and address any electrical faults or issues on-site. Requirements: Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering or relevant field. Minimum 0–2 years of experience in electrical project supervision. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Strong communication and team management skills. Willingness to travel to various project sites across Odisha. Salary: As per industry standards (Negotiable for experienced candidates)
