Electrical Solar Service Technician

Job Description

Tharayil Power & Energy Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking an Electrical Solar Service Technician to join our team and support our solar power projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on, safety-conscious individual with experience in electrical or solar maintenance. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct panel cleaning and routine maintenance on solar PV systems for optimal performance.
• Identify and rectify compliance issues and operational malfunctions.
• Configure WiFi systems for monitoring and diagnostics.
• Perform security checks and functionality testing on installed solar PV systems.
• Respond to follow-up service requests, address customer concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor system performance and perform repairs as necessary to address degradation or issues.
• Ensure on-site safety by adhering to electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/ITI in Electrical or Electronics.
• 1 year of experience in electrical or solar service roles.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to drive 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler vehicles.
• Familiarity with electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Male candidates preferred for this position.

Additional Benefits:

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position with overtime potential, especially during peak periods.
• Primarily on-site work in outdoor environments, serving both residential and commercial locations.
• Regular travel across Alappuzha and nearby areas for installations and maintenance.
