Job Description

Urgent opening for Electrical Maintenance Engineer for India's Leading Fastener Manufacturing organization.! No of Openings : 5 Location : Vemagal Industrial Area, Kolar, Karnataka. Responsible for routine, break down and Preventive Maintenance for Machines like CNC, Cold Forging, Utilities. Responsible for Breakdowns analysis (why why analysis) . Resolve PLC -Related modifications/breakdown issues of all areas where required, related documents Updation like PM check sheets, history cards, breakdown records, calibration records, kaizen reports etc. Ensure efficient utilization of manpower in his work area. Safety - Eliminate unsafe conditions at shop floor to ensure zero accident. Quality- Provide new pokayoke/repair existing poka-yoke as per feedback from production/quality departments, review and revise maint check points as and when required Responsible for mechanical routine Maint (CM) , break-down and Preventive Maint. Corrdinate with Focus area M1, Tool Room, Mechanical Spares management and resolve electrical maintenance related issues in all areas, related documents Updation like PM check sheets, history cards,why-2 analysis, breakdown records, calibration records, kaizen reports etc. Ensure efficient utilization of manpower in his work area. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 2 Year of experience in electrical maintenance with different machines. Must have exposure working on Utilities like DG sets, Compressors, Cooling towers and Transformers etc. Must be able to speak and understand Hindi and Kannada. Must be ITI or Diploma for Electrical Engineering.
