Urgent Opening for Mechanical Maintenance Executive Role in Manufacturing Organization. Responsible for Breakdowns analysis (why why analysis) . Focus AreaM1, M2, M3, HT, HT ASRS, Lab, tech Centre -Spares management and Resolve PLC -Related modifications/breakdown issues of all areas where required, related documents Updation like PM check sheets, history cards, breakdown records, calibration records, kaizen reports etc. Ensure efficient utilization of manpower in his work area. Safety - Eliminate unsafe conditions at shop floor to ensure zero accident. Quality- Provide new pokayoke/repair existing poka-yoke as per feedback from production/quality departments, review and revise maint check points as and when required Responsible for mechanical routine Maint (CM) , break-down and Preventive Maint. of Forging and Heat Treatment equipments. Focus area M1, Tool Room, Mechanical Spares management and resolve mechanical maintenance related issues in all areas, related documents Updation like PM check sheets, history cards, why-2 analysis, breakdown records, calibration records, kaizen reports etc. Ensure efficient utilization of manpower in his work area.
