Job Title: Electrical Engineer – Solar Systems

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in solar system installation, commissioning, and maintenance. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of field experience and the ability to manage both residential and commercial solar energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and test solar power systems (rooftop and ground-mounted).
• Conduct site surveys and assess project feasibility.
• Handle wiring, panel installations, inverter setup, and system integration.
• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance of solar equipment.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and clients during installation and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with electrical standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation and prepare installation/operation reports.
• Train junior technicians or clients on system usage if needed.

Requirements:

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical or related stream.
• 2–3 years of experience in solar energy system installation and operations.
• Strong understanding of electrical circuits, solar components, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
• Willingness to travel to project sites in and around Chengannur.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
