Role & responsibilities We are looking for an experienced and proactive Electrical Engineer to support our GFRP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer) production plant in Ghaziabad. The candidate must have hands-on experience in working with PLC-based systems and industrial electrical maintenance. Preferred candidate profile Key Responsibilities: • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in pultrusion and related production machinery. • Operate and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems. • Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime. • Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and maintain proper documentation. • Coordinate with the production team for smooth and uninterrupted operations. Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing setup (FRP/GFRP or plastic-based industry preferred) • Strong working knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, relays, control panels, and industrial wiring • Ability to work independently and handle electrical issues in real-time • Willingness to work in shifts, if required
